I know this firsthand, through my experience as a student, a faculty member, and, since June 2024, as the first Rector shaped by this University.
Here, students chart their own learning journeys, alumni turn knowledge into impact, and professors leave a lasting legacy. Every path is unique. Mine has been guided by passion and resilience—an experience that fuels my commitment to serve and to empower every Ulima community member to become an agent of change.

Patricia Stuart
With an academic foundation that bridges management and education, Patricia Stuart brings a multidisciplinary perspective to university leadership. She holds a PhD in Administrative Sciences from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, an MBA from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola. She also earned a master's degree in Educational Administration and her undergraduate degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima—an academic path that reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence, global perspective, and institutional transformation.
