Rector Patricia Stuart participated in the Power Women's Summit, a space for inspiration and networking that brings together leading women executives and professionals across generations who, through their work, contribute to a more equitable, resilient, and diverse country.
For the first time, a select group of outstanding Ulima students was invited to attend the event, where they engaged with leading Peruvian and international speakers on topics such as gender gaps, emerging leadership approaches that foster pro-diversity cultures, Gen Z, technological bias, among others.
The Ulima delegation featured Belén Trelles (Architecture), Maria Fernanda Cueto (Management), Valentina Bottger (Accounting and Finance), Romina Medina (Marketing), José Andrés Reátegui (International Business), Sofía Bobadilla (Communication), Brisa Baldeón (Law), Pamela Gálvez (Civil Engineering), and Alison Quiroz (Psychology).
