The Management Program trains professionals in business management, equipping them with solid theoretical and practical knowledge. This foundation enables them to lead top-tier organizations in areas such as talent management, operations and international logistics, finance, marketing and commercial management, business innovation, and research. It also prepares them to successfully create, implement, and manage their own business ventures.
Students develop key skills including systems thinking, creative problem-solving, assertive communication, teamwork, intellectual curiosity, self-directed learning, and social responsibility. Their training enhances strategic vision, leadership capabilities, and expertise in organizational design and management control.

SHRM has officially recognized the Management Program at Universidad de Lima, certifying that the curriculum of the Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Human Resources aligns with the academic standards recommended by the organization. This validation, effective from March 2024 through March 2028, confirms that the courses taught by the Academic Area of Leadership and Talent Management meet the international competencies required for HR professionals, as outlined in the SHRM HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. This achievement highlights Universidad de Lima’s commitment to academic excellence and the internationalization of its programs.

ACADEMIC DEGREES AND PROFESSIONAL TITLES
Students who have completed their studies in Management are eligible to apply for the bachelor's degree. Once obtained, they may then apply for the professional title.

At the end of the academic term, students who have successfully completed all required courses and earned the necessary credits outlined in their program curriculum will automatically obtain the graduate status. They will then receive an email from DUSAR.

The professional title in Management will be awarded upon the successful completion of one of the degree pathways corresponding to either the thesis or professional proficiency project modalities, as outlined in the Supplementary Guidelines for Obtaining the Bachelor's Degree and Professional Title.
To apply, you must first earn the Bachelor's degree in Management from Universidad de Lima and meet the requirements.
Option A: Thesis

CONSORTIUM OF UNIVERSITIES
It is a non-profit civil association comprising Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Universidad del Pacífico, Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, and Universidad de Lima. This partnership enables students from these four universities to access shared academic and institutional services, facilities, validated courses, and credit equivalency for subjects completed at any of the member universities.

Universidad de Lima offers students the opportunity to develop in global environments, enhance their networking, and live an international experience through the optional second international bachelor’s degree programs.
University of Queensland
Universidad de Lima joins efforts with University of Queensland (UQ) to give the students from the School of Business the chance to pursue studies in this renowned Australian institution and obtain the Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Marketing, International Business and others.

Thanks to the agreement between Universidad de Lima and University of London (UOL), internationally recognized for its high academic standards, students can obtain a second international bachelor’s degree without leaving the country: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Activities
Nuestra educación trasciende el aula con visitas a compañías de renombre, integradas en las asignaturas, para que los estudiantes aprendan directamente de los líderes del sector. Algunas de las visitas empresariales que nuestros alumnos realizaron son las siguientes:
Bodegas San Francisco Almacenes del Perú
Los estudiantes de Administración visitaron BSF Almacenes del Perú, una ciudad logística de clase mundial donde exploraron procesos vinculados a los cursos Gestión Ambiental y Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro. En esta experiencia, los alumnos conocieron operaciones alineadas a 11 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS) y estándares internacionales en almacenamiento sostenible.
Megapuerto de Chancay
Los alumnos de Administración exploraron el megapuerto de Chancay y vivieron una experiencia única, donde conocieron tecnología portuaria avanzada y procesos aduaneros clave para la logística global. Esta visita impulsó su formación como líderes preparados para transformar el comercio internacional del Perú.
Sunat
Los estudiantes de la Carrera de Administración visitaron las instalaciones de la Sunat para conocer de cerca los procesos aduaneros que agilizan el tránsito de mercancías en el país. Esta jornada, complementaria a la visita al megapuerto de Chancay, fortaleció su visión estratégica sobre logística global y gestión tributaria.
Almacenes Central Huachipa
Los estudiantes de la asignatura Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro visitaron Almacenes Central Huachipa y Themira, donde conocieron procesos clave como recepción, almacenamiento, inventario, distribución y devoluciones, así como la gestión de espacios, mantenimiento y seguridad operativa.
Don Mamino
Los docentes de la Carrera de Administración visitaron la planta de Don Mamino junto con Ignacio Rouillon, su fundador, con el objetivo de desarrollar un caso de estudio real sobre la gestión e innovación en empresas familiares peruanas.
Industrias San Miguel
Los alumnos de la Carrera de Administración visitaron la planta de Industrias San Miguel en Huacho, donde conocieron el proceso productivo de bebidas sin alcohol, el envasado automatizado y el compromiso de la empresa con los ODS.
Banco de Crédito del Perú (CIX)
Los estudiantes del curso Finanzas Personales y Nuevos Negocios visitaron el Centro de Innovación del BCP (CIX), donde exploraron cómo se desarrollan productos digitales y recibieron retroalimentación directa de expertos en talento, TI, negocios y crecimiento empresarial.
The EDAF Committee has declared our undergraduate program eligible for this process. As part of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), this process takes us one step closer to the international accreditation. Globally recognized, EFMD accreditation will benefit our students with an education aligned to the highest international standards, improving competitiveness in the labor market.
