ESSAY WRITING
You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master’s program.
INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR
A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.
PAYMENT COMMITMENT LETTER
You must submit a signed payment commitment letter and pay the first installment.

To obtain the graduate status, students must:
- Complete the study program.
- Fulfill all university obligations.
- Process graduate status with the Student Services and Registry Office (DUSAR).
To obtain the academic degree, students must:
- Hold graduate status.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language by submitting a valid certificate from an institution recognized by the Ulima Language Center.
- Hold an approved thesis or research project in the relevant field.
- Comply with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations.

VÍLCHEZ INGA , César
PhD in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal. Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Callao. Electronic Engineer from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has completed specialized courses in machine learning, big data, data science, and digital transformation, the latter through MIT Sloan Executive Education. He served as Secretary of Government and Digital Transformation at the Office of the President of the Council of Ministers, where he led policies on digital government, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. He has undertaken technical missions in South Korea and with the Organization of American States (OAS). He currently serves as Head of the Technical Team for the Public Investment Management Improvement Project, implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He also teaches at various institutions in Peru.
JÁUREGUI HOYLE , Víctor
MBA from the PAD School of Universidad de Piura. Economist from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He specializes in digital transformation, data analytics, and telecommunications. He served as CEO and Commercial Director of Optical Networks and has held leadership positions at companies including McAfee, Prosegur, and Telefónica. In 2024, Forbes Peru recognized him in its CMO Next ranking as one of the country's leading marketing executives. He currently serves as Commercial Vice President of Win, a leading fiber-optic operator in Peru.
LINARES SALINAS , Erick
MBA from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Spain). Systems Engineer from Universidad Católica de Santa María. He completed a diploma program in Project Management at the UPC Graduate School. He has a specialization in Digital Transformation from MIT (United States). He is co-founder and Director of CSTI Corp., a technology consulting firm with a presence in six countries that has led digital transformation initiatives in the region for more than 15 years. Under his leadership, the company became an SAP Gold Partner, serving more than 300 clients with high-impact solutions. He also advises corporate boards on the adoption of emerging technologies.
