DIVERGENCES

The Debate Tournament "Divergencias" is the perfect avenue for students to test their public speaking skills while analyzing current issues. It promotes the conscious, innovative and solidary civic education through the analysis and elaboration of proposed solutions to the current problems affecting the society and the whole planet. This tournament has two phases during the entire year. The first phase is in Academic Term 1, while the second phase is in Academic Term 2. Winners from both terms discuss in the final. It also has the support of advisors and experts in public speaking, who guide students based on their topic for discussion.

Audience
Students from the General Studies Program. Students who do not wish to participate in the tournament can collaborate in workshops and teams. We will issue a certificate of participation.
