CENTER FOR EMPLOYABILITY, PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT, AND ALUMNI
Since 1965, Universidad de Lima has partnered with leading companies, organizations, and institutions nationwide to connect academic learning with professional practice. Today, the Center offers a comprehensive career development model that strengthens the employability of undergraduate and graduate students and alumni. CENTER FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION (INNOVA ULIMA)
The Center fosters innovation and entrepreneurship through a comprehensive support model that helps transform ideas into successful ventures. Through a variety of initiatives, programs, and competitions, it promotes an entrepreneurial mindset and provides personalized guidance from experts in business development, design, and business incubation.

LANGUAGE CENTER
As part of the Executive Education Office (DEC), the Language Center provides high quality, comprehensive language education that supports students’ academic, personal, and professional development. The Center helps students develop practical language skills that enrich their university experience and prepare them to succeed in an increasingly global environment.
SUSTAINABILITY CENTER (RESPONDE ULIMA)
The Sustainability Center (Responde Ulima) leads strategic initiatives that contribute to environmental stewardship, promote respect for diversity, and support efforts to reduce poverty.
SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE (IDIC)
The Scientific Research Institute (IDIC) supports and advances faculty research at Universidad de Lima. It oversees the promotion, management, and dissemination of research projects conducted across the University's schools, General Studies Program, and Graduate School. IDIC also evaluates completed research and recommends outstanding work for publication through the Ulima Publishing Fund or in peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
INNOVATION AND EDUCATIONAL QUALITY OFFICE (ICE)
The Innovation and Educational Quality Office (ICE) supports the University’s commitment to academic excellence by advancing innovation in teaching and curriculum development. The Office collaborates with academic and administrative units across the campus to develop innovative learning resources, effective teaching strategies, and meaningful assessment practices. It also contributes to faculty development, curriculum evaluation, and competency-based assessment.
TECHNOLOGICAL OBSERVATORY
In response to the rapid pace of digital transformation, Universidad de Lima established the Technological Observatory—a collaborative initiative that brings together faculty and students. Through continuous monitoring and analysis of emerging technologies and trends, the Observatory helps students, faculty, and the broader community anticipate technological developments, understand their impact, and adapt to an evolving digital landscape.
