In response to the growing global demand for visionary leaders prepared to navigate complex challenges, Universidad de Lima—together with Universidad Tecmilenio (Mexico)—has launched the new Master's Program in Positive Leadership and Talent Management. The official launch featured academic leaders from both institutions. Patricia Stuart, Rector of Universidad de Lima, highlighted the power of positive psychology to enhance employee performance and promote holistic well-being in today's workplace.

The program offers the opportunity to earn a second international degree, awarded by Universidad Tecmilenio, combining its innovative educational model with Universidad de Lima's academic excellence. The curriculum focuses on core values such as happiness, resilience, gratitude, and optimism, all essential to shaping transformative leadership.

"This program provides future leaders with a unique opportunity to adopt a holistic approach that generates meaningful impact within teams and organizations," said Rector Stuart.

Rosalinda Ballesteros, Director of the Institute for the Science of Well-Being at Universidad Tecmilenio, emphasized the relevance of leadership style in multigenerational work environments. "This program goes beyond technical skills—it’s about helping people thrive. Graduates will be prepared to lead well-being initiatives with critical insight and a deep sense of responsibility."

Brunela Baca, Regional Director at the Vice-Rectorate for Continuous Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, underscored that this initiative is more than just an academic partnership—it's a global commitment to redefining leadership. "Leaders who build healthy, inclusive, purpose-driven workplaces can spark powerful transformation across their organizations."

Finally, Rosana Choy, Dean of the School of Psychology at Universidad de Lima, underscored the importance of this program amid Peru's current social and economic challenges. "Peru needs more positive leaders who can guide their teams through uncertainty. This master's program empowers professionals to build a legacy rooted in well-being and collective growth."
