You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.
ESSAY WRITING
You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master's program.
INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR
A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.
PAYMENT COMMITMENT LETTER
You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

APPLICANT PROFILE
- Graduates of Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Graduates from other disciplines who own a business and wish to strengthen their knowledge and acquire new marketing and business management tools are also eligible.
- A minimum of three (03) years of work experience. This will allow students to maximize the program by bringing their experience to the table and enhancing subjects with real-world case studies.
- Mathematical skills to excel in this master's program.
- Teamwork skills.

- Critical thinking for informed decision-making.

- Laptop with essential software
- Non-certified copy of the valid National Identity Card (DNI) or Valid Foreign ID Card.
- Non-certified copy of the bachelor's degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
- Resume duly signed with passport-size photo (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
- An academic or employment recommendation letter, or a work certificate from your current or most recent job.
- A minimum of three (03) years of work experience (preferred).
- Registration fee payment.
- Foreign language commitment letter, in accordance with the current university regulations.
- Complete the Online Psychoeducational Assessment (EPEL–EPG), which will be sent to the applicant’s email address.
- One (01) Statement of Purpose, to be completed on the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
- Once documents are submitted, the Admissions Office will send you an email within 48 hours to make the registration payment (350 PEN).

- Propose and implement business strategies using the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program, in order to anticipate contingencies, minimize risks, and enhance organizational value.
- Contribute to action plans in marketing and business based on a deep understanding of markets, competition, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
- Design differentiation strategies to communicate the company's unique value and advantages to clients and consumers.
- Plan and lead policies for the promotion, sales, and distribution of products or services.
- Conduct market research, identify relevant data sources, and interpret findings to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead sales teams to achieve business goals.
- Develop key negotiation skills to secure effective business agreements.
- Make sound decisions in brand and business development.
- Act ethically and transparently in all professional activities.
To obtain the graduate status, students must:
- Complete the study program.
- Fulfill all university obligations.
- Process graduate status with the Student Services and Registry Bureau (DUSAR).
To obtain the academic degree, students must:
- Hold graduate status.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language by submitting a valid certificate from an institution recognized by the Ulima Language Center.
- Hold an approved thesis or research project in the relevant field.
- Comply with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Students enrolled in this master's program will take part in the International Study Week* at Universidad de Navarra (Spain) during their second year. This experience enhances their global perspective and deepens their knowledge of Marketing Innovation.

CARBAJAL, Pamela
MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Lima. She also completed executive leadership training at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has more than ten years of experience in business development, market expansion, and payment innovation. During her career at Mastercard, she held strategic positions, including Country Manager for Peru and Bolivia. She currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for the South LAC division at the same company.
DESMAISON, Alejandro
He completed the Board Member Certification Program at Centrum PUCP. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima. He has more than 28 years of experience in business leadership, organizational strategy, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience managing international brands, including KFC, Pizza Hut, and Starbucks, and serving on various boards, including those of Central Parking Perú, Mascotas Latinas, and Radio María Perú. He currently serves as Executive Director of Delosi S. A.
RODRÍGUEZ, Guillermo
MBA from Centrum PUCP. Industrial Engineer from Universidad de Lima. He has complemented his professional background with executive management programs at leading international business schools, including IESE, PAD, and INCAE. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial leadership and strategic management in the consumer goods sector, with a strong track record at companies such as The Coca-Cola Company and G. W. Yichang & Cía. His expertise includes optimizing operations and developing talent to achieve sustainable results. He currently serves as Commercial Manager at Grupo Jiménez.
