Your file is evaluated. Once approved, you can pay the enrollment fees.

PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION

You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.

ESSAY WRITING

You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master's program.

INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR

A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.

PAYMENT COMMITMENT LETTER

You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

Target Audience:

  • Leaders across all areas of an organization, including directors, CEOs, C-suite executives, HR partners, managers, assistant managers, and department heads.
  • Consultants specializing in human resources, transformational projects, and change management.
  • Organizational coaches and mentors.
  • Preferably, professionals with at least (3) three years of work experience.

Companies can find in this master's degree an ideal program for key employees or executives in the succession pipeline who need to strengthen their soft skills. This includes professionals who achieve excellent quantitative results but receive lower performance ratings for team management. These gaps can affect the workplace climate and contribute to high employee turnover, burnout, and other challenges.

Since the Master's Degree in Positive Leadership and Talent Management awards a second degree, the following requirements apply to each educational institution, in accordance with the regulations of each country:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY UNIVERSIDAD DE LIMA:

  • Non-certified copy of the valid National Identity Card (DNI) or Valid Foreign ID Card.
  • Non-certified copy of the bachelor's degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
  • Resume duly signed with passport-size photo (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
  • An academic or employment recommendation letter, or a work certificate from your current or most recent job. 
  • Registration fee payment. 
  • A minimum of three (03) years of work experience (preferred).
  • Foreign language commitment letter, in accordance with the current university regulations.
  • Complete the Online Psychoeducational Assessment (EPEL–EPG), which will be sent to the applicant’s email address.
  • One (01) Statement of Purpose, to be completed on the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
  • Once documents are submitted, the Admissions Office will send you an email within 48 hours to make the registration payment (585 PEN).

Graduates apply positive psychology principles and well-being models to analyze and address organizational challenges, enabling strategic decision-making that drives success. They lead people and processes through a positive leadership approach to achieve organizational goals. In addition, they evaluate the effectiveness of interventions using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, promoting a healthier work environment and improving employee well-being. Graduates also conduct rigorous research in talent management and organizational well-being, contributing meaningfully to workplace efficiency and the advancement of knowledge across industries.

1. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
2. REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN THE ACADEMIC DEGREE

  • Successfully complete all program courses (48 credits in total) as outlined in each course's requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language, as established by Ulima standards.
  • Fulfill all financial and administrative obligations required by the University.
  • Comply with University regulations, including the rules and procedures established by Universidad de Lima and the School of Psychology.
  • Address exceptional cases through the Graduate School's Office, which will evaluate and resolve any situations not covered in these guidelines.

Students have a maximum of six (6) years to obtain the academic degree.

To obtain the academic degree, students must:

  • Hold graduate status.
  • Comply with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language by submitting a valid certificate from an institution recognized by the Ulima Language Center.

BANCO, Sandra

Master's Degree in Positive Leadership from Universidad Tecmilenio (Mexico). Holds a degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. She was a member of the Latin America Structuring and Derivatives Desk and worked as a Securities, Funding and Gapping Trader at Citibank. She has worked at BBVA since 2007, where she has held various leadership positions. She currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Corporate and Business Banking at the bank.

CASTAGNOLA, Rossina

MBA from Centrum PUCP. Holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad de San Martín de Porres. She has completed various executive education programs at institutions such as Esade Business School, Wharton Executive Education, and MIT, among others. She has held leadership positions in human resources at companies such as BCP, Maestro Perú, Sodimac, Banco Falabella, and Konecta, among others. She is the founder and Human Leadership Strategist at DEI & Sustainability Consulting.

FELIU, Francisco

MBA from IE Business School (Spain). Holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima. He has completed courses and executive education programs at institutions such as Harvard Medical School, Johns Hopkins University School of Education, the Center for Creative Leadership, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He has held leadership positions at major companies such as London Consulting Group, BCP, and Pacífico Seguros, among others. He currently serves as CEO of Red Sanna.

ITURRIAGA, José Antonio

MBA from Universidad de Piura. Holds a law degree from Universidad de Lima. He has completed executive education programs at Kellogg Executive Education and MIT Sloan Executive Education. He served as Leading Head at Citibank. At Scotiabank, he held positions including Small Business Segment Head; CEO of Financiera Crédito Familiar (Mexico) and Banco Antigua (Guatemala); and Vice President of the International Small Business Division and of Distribution, Sales, and Customer Experience. He later served as CEO of Financiera Efectiva. He currently serves as CEO of Grupo Efe.
