COMPREHENSIVE ENGLISH PROGRAM
Designed exclusively for Ulima undergraduate students, this program consists of four proficiency levels: Basic, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced. Students begin with English 1 and progress through English 8, developing the language skills needed to communicate confidently in English.

INTENSIVE ENGLISH FOR GRADUATION
This 10-week intermediate-level course is designed exclusively for Ulima alumni, undergraduate students in their final academic term, and students and graduates of the Graduate School. Strengthen your English proficiency and meet the University's English language requirement for graduation through an intensive and focused learning experience. Don’t miss this great opportunity!
INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE CERTIFICATIONS

PORTUGUESE

COMPREHENSIVE PORTUGUESE PROGRAM
Designed exclusively for students and graduates of the Graduate School, this program helps participants meet the language requirement for earning a master's degree. In addition to supporting academic achievement, learning Portuguese can expand opportunities for international scholarships, global academic experiences, and career advancement. The program is aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the international standard for assessing language proficiency.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT FOR ACADEMIC DEGREES
To earn a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree, you must demonstrate proficiency in a foreign language.

ENGLISH
PROFICIENCY EXAM
- This exam is designed for Ulima students and alumni who need to fulfill the language requirement for a bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree.
- It assesses whether candidates have achieved the B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), equivalent to Level 6 of the Ulima Language Center’s Comprehensive English Program.

SUBMISSION OF RECOGNIZED LANGUAGE CERTIFICATES
Students who hold a recognized international language certificate or a valid test score may submit their credentials to fulfill the language requirement for graduation.
