The Ulima campus keeps growing. As part of the Master Plan shaping our spaces through 2040, two modern and innovative projects are being developed to foster connection and learning: the brand-new Library and a welcoming cafeteria at Parque Cruz del Sur.
At the heart of our campus, the new Library will rise with 8 floors and 1 basement, built to the highest quality and sustainability standards. With space for 2,800 people, this is a significant upgrade from the current Library's 750-user capacity.
The new Library's top floor will feature a terrace with a cafeteria, while the basement will house an architecture workshop, study areas, library services, and direct parking access. The building will also include an amphitheater, meeting and reading rooms, as well as a space for the Ulima Store. The grand opening will take place in August 2026.
Coming up this August 2025, the new cafeteria at Parque Cruz del Sur will welcome up to 600 people across two floors. The first will host a food court with six eateries, while the second will serve up the university menu and other healthy options. With wide glass walls, the space connects seamlessly to Cruz del Sur—and to the new giant screen for public viewings.
The Ulima Master Plan was developed by Sasaki, a prestigious Boston-based firm with experience in over 500 universities worldwide. The first phase brought us the F1, F2, and I1 buildings—internationally recognized for their innovative architecture.
