PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION
You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.
ESSAY WRITING
You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master's program.
INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR
A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.
PAYMENT COMMITMENT LETTER
You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

APPLICANT PROFILE
- Ser bachiller, titulado o docente universitario preferentemente en el campo empresarial y afines.
- Tener interés en desarrollar una carrera como docentes universitarios e investigadores
- Demostrar capacidades intelectuales, excelencia académica, creatividad, compromiso con la docencia universitaria y bienestar del país
- Demostrar excelencia académica, creatividad y compromiso ético.
- Poseer capacidad metodológica para afrontar nuevos retos en ambientes físicos y virtuales, y potencial de liderazgo.
- High-speed internet connection
- Laptop with essential software
- Non-certified copy of the valid National Identity Card (DNI) or Valid Foreign ID Card.
- Non-certified copy of the bachelor's degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
- Resume duly signed with passport-size photo (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
- An academic or employment recommendation letter, or a work certificate from your current or most recent job.
- A minimum of three (03) years of work experience (preferred).
- Registration fee payment.
- Foreign language commitment letter, in accordance with the current university regulations.
- Complete the Online Psychoeducational Assessment (EPEL–EPG), which will be sent to the applicant’s email address.
- One (01) Statement of Purpose, to be completed on the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
- Once documents are submitted, the Admissions Office will send you an email within 48 hours to make the registration payment (350 PEN).
GRADUATE PROFILE
El egresado de la Maestría en Docencia e Investigación Empresarial se caracteriza por:
- Fortalecer su desempeño profesional a partir de una comprensión crítica de los fundamentos científicos, metodológicos y pedagógicos que sustentan la educación superior y el contexto empresarial.
- Integrar saberes y enfoques innovadores desde una mirada reflexiva y actualizada, enriqueciendo las experiencias de aprendizaje y promoviendo la participación activa de los estudiantes en entornos presenciales y virtuales.
- Desarrollar investigación interdisciplinaria, articulando diversas perspectivas académicas que contribuyen a la generación de conocimiento y a la solución de problemas en el ámbito empresarial.
To obtain the graduate status, students must:
- Complete the study program.
- Fulfill all university obligations.
- Process graduate status with the Student Services and Registry Bureau (DUSAR).
To obtain the academic degree, students must:
- Hold graduate status.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language by submitting a valid certificate from an institution recognized by the Ulima Language Center.
- Hold an approved thesis or research project in the relevant field.
- Comply with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations.
Note 1: Students have a maximum of six (6) years to obtain the academic degree.

BRESANI TAMAYO, Carlos
Doctor en Administración por la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. Magíster en Administración de la Educación y licenciado en Administración por la Universidad de Lima. Fue profesor principal de la Universidad de Lima, institución en la que desarrolló una destacada carrera académica por más de cuatro décadas, ejerciendo cargos como Decano de la Facultad de Administración, director de la Escuela Universitaria de Negocios y director de Planificación Universitaria. Actualmente, continúa su labor docente en la Universidad Le Cordon Bleu, contribuyendo activamente a la formación de profesionales del ámbito empresarial.
SALAZAR NISHI, Jesús
Doctorando en Dirección Estratégica de Empresas por Centrum PUCP. Magíster en Administración de Empresas por la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, y en Gerencia y Administración por la Escuela de Organización Industrial de Madrid. Ingeniero civil por la Universidad Ricardo Palma. Es expresidente de la Sociedad Nacional de Industrias. Actualmente, es presidente del Instituto de Desarrollo Industrial Sostenible (IDIS) y presidente ejecutivo de Koplast Industrial S. A. C. Además, participa como miembro del Consejo Consultivo del Informe de Desarrollo Humano del PNUD y del Comité Técnico de Normalización en INACAL.
MOLLO BARREDA, Juana
Magíster en Administración de Empresas por la University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). Contadora pública por la Universidad de Lima. Es socia de PwC Perú, donde lidera las áreas de Outsourcing, asesoría contable, capital humano, responsabilidad corporativa, diversidad e inclusión, así como el proyecto Net Zero. Además, está certificada como consultora en SAP R/3 y BPCS, y ha participado en múltiples capacitaciones internacionales en metodologías de consultoría de negocios.
