PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION
You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.
ESSAY WRITING
You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master's program.
INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR
A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.
PAYMENT COMMITMENT LETTER
You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

- Non-certified copy of the bachelor's degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
- Resume duly signed with passport-size photo (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
- An academic or employment recommendation letter, or a work certificate from your current or most recent job.
- A minimum of three (03) years of work experience (preferred).
- Registration fee payment.
- Foreign language commitment letter, in accordance with the current university regulations.
- Complete the Online Psychoeducational Assessment (EPEL–EPG), which will be sent to the applicant’s email address.
- One (01) Statement of Purpose, to be completed on the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
- Once documents are submitted, the Admissions Office will send you an email within 48 hours to make the registration payment (350 PEN).

To obtain the graduate status, students must:
- Complete the study program.
- Fulfill all university obligations.
- Process graduate status with the Student Services and Registry Bureau (DUSAR).
To obtain the academic degree, students must:
- Hold graduate status.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language by submitting a valid certificate from an institution recognized by the Ulima Language Center.
- Hold an approved thesis or research project in the relevant field.
- Comply with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Students enrolled in this master's program will participate in the International Legal Week* at Universidad de Navarra (Spain). This experience has been designed to enhance the legal training acquired throughout the program. The course covers the latest international trends in business law, and includes a certificate of participation.

ADVISORY COUNCIL
GÁRATE MORENO, Diana
Lawyer from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), summa cum laude, and Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia Law School, with 16 years of experience in public-private partnerships (PPPs), infrastructure, regulation, and disputes. She has worked as an International Lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb in New York, as a Senior Manager at EY Law, and as a Senior Associate at Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas.
She currently serves as Legal Manager of Regulation and Compliance at APM Terminals Callao (Maersk Group), as an arbitrator with the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL) and AMCHAM, and as Peru's delegate to the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Her professional experience enables her to bring an up-to-date technical perspective to regulation, infrastructure, compliance, and dispute resolution.
MACCHIAVELLO CASABONNE, Gianna
from the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset and lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. She has completed studies in corporate governance, international commercial arbitration, compliance, social responsibility, and good governance at prestigious institutions, including Yale School of Management, American University Washington College of Law, and IESE Business School.
She was responsible for legal and compliance services at Repsol Peru and also served as director of La Pampilla Refinery S.A.A. She currently works as an independent arbitrator and is a member of the Superior Council of Arbitration of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
ECHEANDÍA CEVALLOS, Jorge
MBA from the School of Industrial Organization. He completed the Senior Management Program at the School of Management of Universidad de Piura. He served as Head of Institutional Affairs and Director of the Family Business Center at the Lima Chamber of Commerce. He has advised family-owned businesses on strengthening their purpose and transforming their decision-making processes. He served as Corporate Governance Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank.
OLIVARES MALDONADO, Mariana
Lawyer from Universidad de Lima and Legal Affairs Manager at Aceros Arequipa, where she oversees operations across six countries. She previously served as Legal and Corporate Affairs Director at Sodexo Peru, where she led compliance (ISO 37001), ethics, personal data protection, and sustainability programs. She has experience at Estudio Muñiz, Ramírez, Taiman & Olaya and completed an internship at The George Washington University. She brings a cross-functional perspective to corporate governance, risk management, ESG, contracting, and regulatory compliance.
HERRERA VÁSQUEZ, Ricardo
Master's Degree in Constitutional Law and lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has served as a consultant on labor, constitutional, and judicial matters for institutions including the United Nations Development Programme, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the International Labour Organization. He currently serves as a senior partner at Estudio Muñiz. He also provides corporate labor advisory services to major companies, including BBVA, Arca Continental, Cerro Verde, Nestlé, and PepsiCo.
GASTELUMENDI LUKIS, Patricia
Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima and MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and INCAE. She has 38 years of experience at Ferreycorp, where she has served as Corporate Manager of Administration and Finance since 2005. She is a member of the boards of directors of Ferreycorp subsidiaries in Peru and abroad and Vice President of the Ferreycorp Association. She also serves on the boards of directors and advisory boards of various business and academic institutions. She has completed international executive education in leadership, corporate governance, finance, sustainability, and strategic acquisitions at universities including Harvard, Yale, Northwestern (Kellogg), the University of North Carolina, and the University of Cambridge.
