A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.

You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

APPLICANT PROFILE

- An academic or employment recommendation letter, or a work certificate from your current or most recent job (submit just one option).
- A minimum of five (05) years of work experience (preferred).
- Registration fee payment.
- Foreign language commitment letter, in accordance with the current university regulations.
- One (01) Statement of Purpose explaining the motivations for applying to this program.

GRADUATE PROFILE
Graduates apply positive psychology principles and well-being models to analyze and address organizational challenges, enabling strategic decision-making that drives success. They lead people and processes through a positive leadership approach to achieve organizational goals. In addition, they evaluate the effectiveness of interventions using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, promoting a healthier work environment and improving employee well-being. Graduates also conduct rigorous research in talent management and organizational well-being, contributing meaningfully to workplace efficiency and the advancement of knowledge across industries.
- Successfully complete all program courses (48 credits in total) as outlined in each course's requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language, as established by Ulima standards.
- Fulfill all financial and administrative obligations required by the University.
- Comply with University regulations, including the rules and procedures established by Universidad de Lima and the School of Psychology.
- Address exceptional cases through the Graduate School's Office, which will evaluate and resolve any situations not covered in these guidelines.
Students have a maximum of six (6) years to obtain the academic degree.
To obtain the academic degree, students must:
- Hold graduate status.
- Comply with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language by submitting a valid certificate from an institution recognized by the Ulima Language Center.
