ART WORKSHOPS
The Department of Artistic Activities offers Ulima students and alumni the opportunity to develop their artistic skills through a variety of free workshops led by qualified instructors.
Art Workshops
The workshops are designed to support progressive learning in the arts. Different schedules are offered for basic, intermediate, and advanced levels, depending on the number of students enrolled. Participants may take an active role in the workshops, subject to a prior assessment of their skills, as well as participate in institutional performances, competitions, and other activities representing Universidad de Lima.
Artistic Expression at Ulima
This space provides information and offers members of the University community the opportunity to develop their artistic skills as an ideal complement to their personal development throughout their university and post-university lives.
Participants can develop their skills at two levels: as members of a performing group or as workshop participants. The development of artistic expression workshops, together with efforts to strengthen training and improve facilities, has enabled thousands of students to discover and appreciate our national culture. It has also helped them develop a broader perspective on Peru and the world.
Through the arts, students have built connections within the Ulima community and strengthened competencies such as teamwork, results orientation, and goal planning and organization, among others.
