Title

About

The Center for Employability, Professional Engagement, and Alumni strengthens the competencies and skills of undergraduate and graduate students, and alumni, supporting their career placement and professional success.

We also serve as a bridge between our student community and the professional world through strategic partnerships with leading organizations. Our goal is to provide tools and professional development opportunities that support successful job searches, effective workplace performance, and long-term career growth.

If you are an Ulima graduate, join the Alumni network. This community of more than 60,000 undergraduate and graduate alumni gives you access to exclusive events, networking opportunities, and lifelong learning experiences.

Employability

Since 1965, Universidad de Lima has maintained strong relationships with leading companies, organizations, and institutions across the country. Over time, we have adapted our services to meet labor market needs and now offer a comprehensive career development model that supports the employability of our undergraduate and graduate students and alumni, complemented by Ulima Laboral, our job board.
