Óscar Quezada Named Professor Emeritus at Universidad de Lima

In a moving tribute held at Universidad de Lima's Central Auditorium, Óscar Quezada Macchiavello, former Rector of the University, was named Professor Emeritus in recognition of over five decades of dedication to academia. The event drew a full house of family, colleagues, students, and friends, united in admiration and respect.

Rector Patricia Stuart honored Quezada's extraordinary career and lasting legacy. "Óscar Quezada has been an architect of humanistic thought at our University, whose legacy has helped shape the soul of Universidad de Lima," she affirmed.

Close friend and fellow professor José García Contto also paid tribute to Quezada's influence: "Óscar is a man of words, but above all, of action.
