You can do this evaluation in parallel with the essay. This is sent to your email.
ESSAY WRITING
You will access a platform to write an essay. This must include your reasons to apply to the master's program.
INTERVIEW WITH THE DIRECTOR
A personal interview with the director of master's or doctoral program takes place once the previous steps have been completed.
PAYMENT COMMITMENT LETTER
You must submit a payment commitment letter duly signed and pay the first installment.

APPLICANT PROFILE
- Hold a bachelor's degree, a professional degree, or a university teaching position, preferably in business or a related field.
- Be interested in pursuing a career as a university educator and researcher.
- Demonstrate intellectual ability, academic excellence, creativity, commitment to university teaching, and concern for the well-being of the country.
- Demonstrate academic excellence, creativity, and ethical commitment.
- Possess the methodological skills to address new challenges in on-campus and online environments, as well as leadership potential
- High-speed internet connection
- Laptop with essential software
- Non-certified copy of the valid National Identity Card (DNI) or Valid Foreign ID Card.
- Non-certified copy of the bachelor's degree registered in the National Superintendency of University Education (SUNEDU). Not applicable to Ulima graduates.
- Resume duly signed with passport-size photo (JPG format, 240x288 pixels, 300 DPI minimum resolution, in front of a plain white background, no eyeglasses).
- An academic or employment recommendation letter, or a work certificate from your current or most recent job.
- A minimum of three (03) years of work experience (preferred).
- Registration fee payment.
- Foreign language commitment letter, in accordance with the current university regulations.
- Complete the Online Psychoeducational Assessment (EPEL–EPG), which will be sent to the applicant’s email address.
- One (01) Statement of Purpose, to be completed on the platform indicated by the Graduate School.
- Once documents are submitted, the Admissions Office will send you an email within 48 hours to make the registration payment (PEN 350).
GRADUATE PROFILE
Graduates of the Master's Degree in Business Education and Research will be able to:
- Strengthen their professional performance through a critical understanding of the scientific, methodological, and pedagogical foundations underlying higher education and business contexts.
- Integrate knowledge and innovative approaches from a reflective and up-to-date perspective, enriching learning experiences and promoting active student participation in on-campus and online environments.
- Conduct interdisciplinary research by integrating diverse academic perspectives that contribute to knowledge generation and the solution of problems in the business field.
To obtain the graduate status, students must:
- Complete the study program.
- Fulfill all university obligations.
- Process graduate status with the Student Services and Registry Bureau (DUSAR).
To obtain the academic degree, students must:
- Hold graduate status.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a foreign or native language by submitting a valid certificate from an institution recognized by the Ulima Language Center.
- Hold an approved thesis or research project in the relevant field.
- Comply with all requirements set forth in the rules and regulations.
Note 1: Students have a maximum of six (6) years to obtain the academic degree.

ADVISORY COUNCIL
BRESANI TAMAYO, Carlos
PhD in Administration from Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega. Master's Degree in Educational Administration and degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima. He served as a senior professor at Universidad de Lima, where he developed a distinguished academic career spanning more than four decades, holding positions including Dean of the School of Business Administration, Director of the University School of Business, and Director of University Planning. He currently continues his teaching career at Universidad Le Cordon Bleu, actively contributing to the education of business professionals.
SALAZAR NISHI, Jesús
PhD candidate in Strategic Business Management at Centrum PUCP. Master's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Master's Degree in Management and Administration from the School of Industrial Organization in Madrid. Civil engineer from Universidad Ricardo Palma. He is a former president of the National Society of Industries. He currently serves as President of the Institute for Sustainable Industrial Development (IDIS) and Executive President of Koplast Industrial S.A.C. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of the UNDP Human Development Report and the Technical Committee for Standardization at INACAL.
MOLLO BARREDA, Juana
Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). Certified Public Accountant from Universidad de Lima. She is a partner at PwC Peru, where she leads the Outsourcing, Accounting Advisory, Human Capital, Corporate Responsibility, and Diversity and Inclusion practices, as well as the Net Zero project. She is also certified as an SAP R/3 and BPCS consultant and has participated in numerous international training programs in business consulting methodologies.
