Framework Agreement

Specific Agreements

Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD)

In 2017, the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program of Universidad de Lima started contact with Stanford University. Since 2019, the Undergraduate Program collaborates with the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) through the Stanford Center for Professional Development. The purpose of this agreement is to develop a specialized professional education proposal called “Virtual Design and Construction Advanced Training", also known as the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Program. Politecnico di Torino (PoliTo)

Since 2017, the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program of Universidad de Lima has been collaborating with the Politecnico di Torino. The purpose of this agreement is to promote reciprocal cooperation in training and research activities in areas of common interest for both parties. Some of them are academic-professional training projects for students; projects for the definition of international networks; projects for the identification of strategies to strengthen the relationship with the territory; student, teacher, information and scientific publication exchanges; among others.

Global Resilience Institute (GRI)

Since 2019, the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program of Universidad de Lima has been collaborating with the Global Resilience Institute through the Global Resilience Research Network (GRRN). The purpose of this agreement is to contribute to the resolution of the most urgent resilience challenges in the world, such as sudden disasters or emerging disruptions in humanity. To this end, it promotes collaborative and multidisciplinary research in projects of high impact for society.

National Institute of Civil Defense (Indeci)

Since 2017, the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program of Universidad de Lima develops cooperation activities of common interest together with Indeci. The objective of this framework agreement is to constitute the foundations and terms of reference for scientific, cultural and research cooperation in its areas of competence and to promote the development and dissemination of knowledge, research and culture, with the aim of achieving technical-scientific cooperation and technology transfer.

Geological, Mining and Metallurgical Institute (Ingemmet)

Since 2020, the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program of Universidad de Lima develops cooperation activities of common interest together with Ingemmet. This framework agreement aims at the collaboration between both entities to achieve technology transfer and research in geological-mining areas, the improvement of professional quality and other areas of mutual interest.

Fibras Cortadas y Monofilamentos S.A.C.

Since 2020, the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program of Universidad de Lima has been developing technical-scientific cooperation, technology transfer and research activities through projects with the private company Fibras Cortadas y Monofilamentos S.A.C. The objective of this agreement is to strengthen the areas of competence of each of the parties and to promote the development and dissemination of knowledge, research and culture.
