Admission

Universidad de Lima offers the opportunity to choose among twelve undergraduate programs: Accounting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Communication, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Law, Management, Marketing, Psychology, and Systems Engineering.

There are different admission modalities: exam for secondary school students (November), admission exam for students who have graduated from secondary school (February and July), top 33% students from accredited schools, International Baccalaureate, students who have ranked first and second in secondary education schools, Diplomat or International Official with diplomatic status performing an official mission in Peru (spouse or children), and through the Pre-University Center (Pre Lima).

Upon entering Universidad de Lima, the students will have the following benefits:

International Alliances: Through the External Cooperation Bureau, the students of Universidad de Lima may choose among 25 countries and more than 100 universities for living the university exchange experience.

Educational Benefit Program: Universidad de Lima has implemented this system to support those students who suffered the death of the person responsible for the payment of their educational expenses while attending their university studies. In this situation, Universidad de Lima will bear the tuition fees (cost of outstanding credits) until the end of the program, provided that said person has been declared as such during the student’s admission process at the University.

Accident Protection Program: All students registered in the University have, at no additional cost, a Personal Accident Insurance which has been extended to cover some medical conditions such as appendicitis, cancer (in cases of hospitalization), aneurysm, vascular malformations, among others. The students also have a home Emergency Service (Aló Rímac).

Ulima Laboral: It is a service platform provided by the University in order to support the job placement process of our students and graduates.

Sports workshops: Chess, athletics, basketball (women and men), football, futsal (women and men), judo, karate, swimming, taekwondo, table tennis, volleyball (women and men), kung fu and rugby.

Artistic activities: Peruvian dances, contemporary dance, painting, poetry, drama, fiction, chorus and university tuna.

Student associations: Mountaineering Association, University Action, AIESEC, among others.

Health care service.

Nutritional counseling service.

Continuous psychological counseling and psycho-pedagogical workshops.
