Ray Meloni
Director of the Master’s Program in Business Law

PhD student at the University of Alicante, Spain. He holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lima. He has pursued graduate courses in the United States of America, Europe and Japan. He has an extensive experience in public management, and protection and management of intellectual property rights for development. From April 2014, he has worked as director and president of the Commission of Distinctive Signs of the National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi). Moreover, he is vice president of the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and international speaker in issues relating particularly to intellectual property.

Eduardo Félix Leturia López
Lawyer from the University of Lima. He holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lima, a master’s degree in Strategic Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management (Holland). Associate attorney at Fernández, Heraud & Sánchez law firm. He has worked as finance & administrative manager at Tejidos San Jacinto S.A., administrative manager at OPP Film S.A., legal manager and finance & administrative manager at Hochschild Mining Corporation in Mexico, senior lawyer at the Hochschild Group, and junior lawyer at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He has also worked as academic extension coordinator and professor of Financial Statements at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lima, professor of Corporations at the San Ignacio de Loyola University, and professor of Business Law at the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Lima.


Desirée Bianca Orsini Wisotzki

She holds a master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law from the Boston University, Massachusetts. Member of the New York State Bar Association. She holds a professional title of Lawyer from the University of Freiburg, Germany, recognized by the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has been a member of the Commission for Bankruptcy Proceedings (CCO) of the National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), legal manager at Lan Perú S.A. and Trans American Airlines S.A. (Taca Perú). In 2014, she was selected as one of The Legal 500 Corporate Counsel 100 - Latin America. Partner of Daly, Otero, Florez, Núñez del Prado law firm. 


Antonio Horacio Román Calzada

He holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lima and the Autonomous University of Madrid. Graduate from the Advanced Management Program (PADE) in Corporate Finance and Law at the ESAN University. He has worked as legal manager at Unión de Cervecerías Peruanas Backus y Johnston S.A.A. Current manager of legal advisory services in contentious matters at Telefónica del Perú S.A.A. Professor at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) and at the University of Lima’s Graduate School. Former professor at the University of the Pacific (Peru) and at the University of Lima’s Undergraduate School. Author of several law articles.


Maximiliano Eduardo Salazar Gallegos

Lawyer with a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lima. He has pursued graduate studies in Administrative-Economic Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Professor of Civil Law and Registration Law Minor Program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Former professor of the Faculties of Law at the ESAN University, San Ignacio de Loyola University and University of Lima. Member of the Advisory Committee of the Actualidad Civil journal. CEO at Salazar Gallegos & Cía law firm.
