Ray Meloni
Director of the Master’s Program in Business Law

PhD student at the University of Alicante, Spain. He holds a master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lima. He has pursued graduate courses in the United States of America, Europe and Japan. He has an extensive experience in public management, and protection and management of intellectual property rights for development. From April 2014, he has worked as director and president of the Commission of Distinctive Signs of the National Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi). Moreover, he is vice president of the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and international speaker in issues relating particularly to intellectual property.

Gladys Chávez
Academic Affairs Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Strategic Content Management

She holds a master’s degree in Communication Strategies from the University of Lima and has 25 years of work experience in the field of university teaching, and in the production, execution and edition of audiovisual material. She is a professor at the Faculty of Communication, and trainer of non-governmental organizations working on sustainable development in Peru for the production of institutional and educational videos for urban and rural areas.

Eduardo del Solar
Director of the Master’s Program in Projects and Operations Management and the Master of Business Administration Program (MBA)

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Institute of Education and Research (Insper) in São Paulo (Brazil) and from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM, Canada). Industrial Engineer from the University of Lima. Expert in supply, direction, project management, port operations and customer service in retail, industrial, transportation and logistics companies. He has been manager of Logistics and Metal Supplies in Siderperú (Gerdau), project manager in Yobel Supply Chain Management, national distribution manager in British American Tobacco, and general manager in Empresa de Transportes Mar Pacífico (Fierro Group). Moreover, he has been director of the Peruvian Association of Logistics Professionals (APPROLOG). He is currently a consulting partner of Lima Advisory.

Zully Chevarría
Director of the Master’s Program in Taxation and Fiscal Policy

She holds a master’s degree in Taxation and Fiscal Policy from the Autonomous University of Madrid and from the University of Lima. She has graduated as accountant and has a minor in Taxation from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Professor with over fifteen years of experience in training professionals. She has lectured in the Master of Taxation and Fiscal Policy Program of the University of Lima since 2010. She is currently studying a PhD Program in Strategic Management of the Consortium of Universities. Partner and director of Chevarría & Consultores Asociados law firm, and associate member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Research and Development (Ipidet) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Peruvian Group.

Ismenia Roncal
Assistant Director

She holds a master’s degree in Education with a major in Teaching and Research in Higher Education from the Cayetano Heredia Peruvian University (EPCH). She holds a professional title in Mathematics from the National University of Trujillo. She has been an assistant director at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Lima. She is currently assistant director of the Graduate School of the University of Lima.
