Exchange Students’ Application Form.
Résumé.
Authenticated copy of the page showing the expiry and renewal date(s) of the passport.
Transcript of the university of origin.
A letter explaining personal motivations.
Presentation letter from the Exchange Coordinator.
International health insurance.
One passport size color photo.
