In addition to the Manual, the 66-pagew Rating Booklet contains all of the information needed to administer and score. Provides an easily acxssesible format to consult the rating critera for each of the twenty PCL-R items. The Interview and Information Schedule, is a 16-page booklet composed of two parts. Part I, includes the domains of school adjustment, work history, career goals, finances, health, family life, sex and relationships, drug use, chilhood, adolescent and adult antisocial behavior, and general information. Parte II, Collateral Information Schedule, is a form which allows the interviewer to record additional information.
