Jorge Aurich

Jesús Calderón
Master’s degree in Finance from ESAN University. He holds a certificate in Banking, Risk and Microfinance; Corporate Finance; and Investment Banking from ESAN University. He has the International Certification in Financial Risk (Certified Risk Analyst [CRA]) granted by the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM). Economist from the National University of Callao (UNAC), with broad experience in the financial system and specialization in the areas of credit, finance and risk.


Marimé Carbonell

Former marketing manager in Peru and Colombia, and chief executive officer in Guatemala and Costa Rica, at Belcorp. Current consultant in strategic planning and business strategy.


Edmundo Casavilca
PhD in Accounting and Financial Sciences from the University of San Martín de Porres (USMP). MBA from the University of Quebec (Canada) and master’s degree in Economics with a major in Finance from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM). He has more than 30 years of professional experience in the areas of costs and finance in industrial, commercial and service companies. Consultant and advisor of companies in subjects related to costs, operational management and other economic and financial issues.


Luis Chang
PhD in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management (The Netherlands). Former vice-president at Aldeas Infantiles del Perú and national vice-dean at the Peruvian Association of Economists. Former member of the Peruvian Congress (1995-2001). Current director in national companies and business consultant.


Luis Chepote
MBA from ESAN University. Bachelor of Applied Science from Florida Atlantic University. PMP® from the Project Management Institute. Current manager at Piensa Proyectos and SandboxModel’s representative for Latin America. Former manager of special projects at the Judiciary of Peru and the National Jury of Elections (JNE), and manager of international projects at Trans Solutions Systems.


Ástrid Cornejo

She also followed the Prince of Wales’s Business & Sustainability Programme at the same university. Social auditor of the SA8000 Standard, System B Multiplier B and expert in reporting with different standards. Professional title in Biology from Ricardo Palma University (URP). Former institutional relations manager at Perú 2021. Current general manager at AC Sostenibilidad, a company that promotes the triple bottom line and provides sustainability consulting services.


Carlos Díaz Mariños
PhD in Finance and MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales (United Kingdom), an institution that also certified him as a chartered banker MBA. Master’s degree in Risk Management from EALDE Business School (Spain) and MBA from ESAN University (Peru). Professional title in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Former executive president and chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco de la Nación del Perú, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Electronic Clearing House (CCE), deputy superintendent at the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat), and general director of the Public Treasury at the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru. Former professor at the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM), ESAN University and PUCP. Current manager at the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Peru.


Giovannie Escribens
MBA from Pacífico University (UP). Juan Manuel Garfias
PhD candidate in Family Business and Entrepreneurship from Nebrija University (Spain), and master’s degree in Agricultural Science and Productivity from Tec of Monterrey (Mexico). He has held management positions in knowledge management and entrepreneurship in the oil, banking and manufacturing industries, as well as in universities and NGOs. Current academic director at Bizlac and general director at Significant Consultores.


Juan Gabriel Herrera Indacochea
MBA from the University of Oxford with a specialization in Open Innovation from the London School of Economics. He has more than 15 years of experience in market research, strategy and management of distribution channels and innovation in the financial sector, where he worked as an open innovation leader at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP). Current director of the Qualitative Research and Transformation area at Ipsos Perú. In addition to teaching at Ulima Graduate School, he is a global lecturer of the course Principles of Innovation at the University of Arizona.


Luis Gonzalo Llosa
PhD in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (USA). Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pacífico University (UP). He has nearly 20 years of experience in macroeconomic and financial analysis. His research has been published in international journals such as Journal of the European Economic Association, Journal of Money Credit and Banking, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, among others. Former professor of undergraduate and graduate programs at prestigious national institutions. Current investment strategy manager at Prima AFP.


Mario Ocharan Casabona

Miguel Ángel Patiño Antonioli
MBA from Maastricht School of Management (The Netherlands) and MBA in Strategic Management from Centrum PUCP. Industrial engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). He is fluent in English and Italian, and has more than 15 years of teaching experience in the areas of quantitative methods (statistics, simulation and optimization models, stochastic processes), operations (process management and improvement, Lean Six Sigma, TOC), innovation (agility, scrum, design thinking) and market research, strategic planning and soft skills. In addition, he has more than 12 years of consulting experience and is the owner of 6S Consultores, a consulting firm through which he serves several companies.


Jorge Peralta
PhD in Management Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and MBA from IPADE Business School (Mexico). He holds a certificate in Design Thinking from the Polytechnic University of Milan (Polimi) (Italy) and IESDE School of Management (Mexico). Civil engineer from La Salle University (Mexico). Founder of Idearia Lab, an innovation agency. He has participated in the development of more than three hundred projects of innovation and transformation of organizations in different Latin American countries. Current member of the board of directors of companies in different sectors.

César Ramírez Valdivia
PhD student in Strategic Management at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). MBA from INCAE Business School (Costa Rica) and Adolfo Ibáñez University (UAI) (Chile). Industrial engineer from PUCP. He completed the Senior Management Specialization Program (PAD) at the University of Piura (UDEP), the PADE Specialization Program in Business Administration at ESAN University and the Specialization Program in Development of Strategic Competencies at IESA (Venezuela). Senior manager with solid experience as general manager and CEO in multinational, national and family companies. He has broad experience as commercial manager; administration and financial manager; information systems manager; independent consultant in strategic, commercial and IT management; and company director.


Lizardo Vargas Bianchi
PhD in Communication from the University of Navarra (Spain) and visiting doctoral researcher at Northwestern University (USA). He has completed studies in Psychology at Staffordshire University (United Kingdom). He has published several research articles on consumer psychology and marketing communications in various scientific journals, as well as the books Publicidad en mercados saturados (Advertising in Saturated Markets) and Marcas & mentes (Brands & Minds). Current director of the Master’s Program in Strategic Content Management at the Graduate School of Universidad de Lima, and member of the board of directors at Valinvest.


Pedro Villegas
Master’s degree in Finance and professional title in Economics from Pacífico University (UP). He has more than 12 years of professional experience in corporate finance, in the areas of business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modeling.


Julio Yzaguirre
Holder of an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, and MBA from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans (USA). Systems engineer from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC). Specialist in information technology, processes and innovation with more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies of mass consumption, banking, insurance, manufacturing, energy, construction, health, services, consulting, fishing, education, among others. Former manager of multinational companies in Latin America and the Caribbean. Current manager of information technology and processes at Tasa, and coach of startup projects.
