Sabina Mlodzianowska

Director of the Graduate School of Universidad de Lima

PhD degree and master’s degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk (Poland). Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business (Canada). She has pursued courses at institutions such as Harvard University (USA), Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment (USA), Saarland University (Germany), University of Alicante (Spain), Inter-American Development Bank, among others. She has more than 19 years of academic experience, including directing and developing educational programs, research, teaching and advising degree theses. Her research papers have been published in academic journals such as Sustainability and Interactive Technology and Smart Education, among others. Current member of the following research groups: Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Research Group in Economics, Banking and Finance; and Global Business Research Group. She has also worked in European multinational companies in the areas of foreign trade and logistics.

Eduardo del Solar

Director of the Master of Business Administration Program (MBA Ulima)

Master of Business Administration from the Insper Institute of Education and Research (São Paulo, Brazil) and from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) (Canada). Industrial engineer from Universidad de Lima. Expert in supply chain, management, project management, port operations and customer service in retail, industrial, transportation and logistics companies. Former logistics and metal supplies manager at Siderperú (Gerdau), project manager at Yobel Supply Chain Management, national distribution manager at British American Tobacco, general manager at Empresa de Transportes Mar Pacífico (Grupo Fierro) and director at the Peruvian Association of Logistics Professionals (Approlog). Current consulting partner at Lima Advisory.

Ray Meloni

Director of the Master’s Program in Business Law

PhD student at the University of Alicante (Spain). Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad de Lima. He has pursued graduate courses in the United States of America, Europe and Japan. Broad experience in public management, and protection and management of intellectual property rights for development. From April 2014, he has worked as director and president of the Commission of Distinctive Signs of the National Institute for Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi). Current vice president of the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and international speaker on topics related to intellectual property.

Lizardo Vargas

Director of the Master’s Program in Communication and Content Management

PhD in Communication from the University of Navarra (Spain) and award in Psychology from Staffordshire University (United Kingdom). He has worked at the advertising agencies Young & Rubicam and Pragma DDB, and as a director at Valinvest and Idego. He has conducted research on the influence of advertising on memory and perceptions that impact purchasing behavior, the relationships formed between brands and consumers, and the use of brands and consumer practices to foster interpersonal relationships. His research papers have been published in academic journals such as Young Consumers; Cuadernos.info; Arte, Individuo y Sociedad; Anàlisi; among others. Author of the book Publicidad en mercados saturados (Advertising in Saturated Markets).

Miguel Bosio

Director of the Master’s Program in Operations and Project Management

PhD student at Pablo de Olavide University (UPO) (Spain). MBA from Catholic University Sedes Sapientiae (UCCS). Professional title in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima and professional title in Education from San Ignacio de Loyola University (USIL). Broad experience in supply chain and international logistics companies. Current director of the Peruvian Association of Logistics Professionals (Approlog).

Zully Chevarría

Director of the Master’s Program in Taxation and Fiscal Policy

Master’s degree in Taxation and Fiscal Policy from Universidad de Lima and the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). She has graduated as accountant and holds a specialist certification in Taxation from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Professor with over 20 years of experience in educating professionals. She has lectured in the Master’s Program in Taxation and Fiscal Policy of Universidad de Lima since 2010. PhD student in Strategic Management at the Consortium of Universities. Partner and director at Estudio Chevarría & Consultores Asociados, and associate member of the Peruvian Institute for Tax Research and Development (Ipidet) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), Peruvian Group.

Paola Rodríguez

Academic Secretary

Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Centrum PUCP. Specialist certification in Strategic Management and Leadership from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain). Professional title in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima. Specialist in Integrated Management Systems by the Institute for Quality of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and lead auditor from the Technical Inspection Association (TÜV) (Germany). Current professor of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Universidad de Lima. She has led teams in the areas of administration and finance (3F Ingeniería S.A.C.), customer service and quality management (Roche Diagnóstica, Peru). Former coordinator of the Quality Department at the Graduate School.
