Jorge Esaine Plasencia

Jorge Heyne
PhD candidate in Business Administration from the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM). Patricia Marañón

Professor for more than 11 years at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Universidad de Lima, where he has lectured courses such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and International Logistics. Current general manager at Plaza Supply Chain EIRL Soluciones Orgánicas, his own startup aimed at importing and trading organic food.


Eduardo Ortiz Rodríguez
Executive MBA from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) with a double degree from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from ESAN University. Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management & Technology from Ramón Llull University - La Salle Campus Barcelona. Danitza Otoya Ruiz
MBA from EGADE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). She has more than 20 years of commercial experience. Current consultant, trainer and professor. She has more than 18 years of corporate experience in transnational companies such as Colgate-Palmolive, GlaxoSmithKline and Puig, where she held management positions, leading the areas of Sales, Marketing and Retail Marketing in countries such as Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil and Peru. In recent years, as a consultant and trainer, she has provided services to companies such as Alicorp Perú, Alicorp Bolivia, Ferreyros, Ferreycorp, Clínica Internacional, Aceros Arequipa, COMASA, Cofide, CEFRA, Infinito Consultores, CORE, among others.


Miguel Ángel Patiño Antonioli
MBA from Maastricht School of Management (The Netherlands) and MBA in Strategic Management from Centrum PUCP. Industrial engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Scrum Master Certified. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience in several graduate schools in the areas of statistics, operations, logistics and technology, market research, design thinking, agile methodologies, process simulation models, waiting line models, Markov chains and VBA. He is also a consultant with more than ten years of experience in soft skills, process transformation and improvement, management, strategic planning and statistical issues.


Arnaldo Rivera
International master’s degree in Leadership from EADA Business School (Spain) and MBA from Centrum PUCP. Person ultimately responsible for people management in companies, with broad management experience in leading companies in the country. He establishes the policies and processes for each stage of collaborators’ business trips: attraction, selection, induction, training, total compensation, work environment, legal aspects and employment termination to achieve continuous improvement of human performance. Alejandra Rodríguez Alegría
Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Camilo José Cela University (UCJC) (Spain). Holder of a specialist certification in Strategic Business Management from Pacífico University (UP) and specialist certification in Quality Management issued from the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) (Japan). Mechanical engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). Member of the Peruvian Engineers Association (CIP). She is a specialist in ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO45001, ISO17020, ISO17021, ISO17024, ISO17025, JCI, ISO37001, ISO26000, IFC (World Bank), GRI and SDG standards. She is an accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with several projects implemented and cycle time reductions by 50%. Former technical manager of the Management Systems Certification Division at Bureau Veritas Perú for 12 years and lead auditor (International Register of Certificated Auditors [IRCA], England) in more than 500 certification audits. She has led several corporate social responsibility (CSR) and QHSE (quality, health, safety and environment) management projects, as well as other models that drive organizational sustainability, in Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia, El Salvador and Guatemala, in sectors such as mining, oil, gas, energy, metalworking, construction, engineering, IT, EPCM, food and beverage, agribusiness, warehousing and transportation, logistics operations, printing, chemical, pharmaceutical, paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, mass consumption, finance, higher education, public and private health, public services and services in general, among others. Eric Rodríguez López
Academic entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in the university sector. Associate professor at the University of the Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) until 2018 and dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at such university between 2014 and 2018. During those four years, he managed the Faculty of Business Administration to obtain the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) accreditation for five years, which is a recognition that has only been awarded to four other Latin American faculties. In January 2021, he started as a full-time professor of the International School of Economic and Administrative Sciences (EICEA) at the University of La Sabana (Unisabana) (Colombia). With an academic background in systems engineering and a PhD in Management with a major in Finance, his research experience has focused on the development of early warning and risk indicators of corporate bankruptcy based on financial statement information. In 2009, he was an advisor to the Panamanian Government in the drafting of the Panamanian Bankruptcy Law. He worked in this field in Colombia at the Superintendency of Domiciliary Public Utilities and the Superintendency of Corporations (the main supervisory body of the Government in Colombia), where he was deputy superintendent between 2012 and 2014. He belonged to the board of directors of the most important international accrediting agencies of management schools in the world, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), where he represented the Latin American region for the understanding of the particularities and special environments lived in the universities of the region in the face of the standards of international accreditation processes.

Sergio Antonio Rojas Avendaño
MBA with a major in Finance from the Externado University of Colombia, master’s degree in Finance and specialist in Financial Management from the European Business School (EUDE). Mechanical engineer from the National University of Colombia (UNAL). PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has more than 18 years of experience in the conceptualization, management, supervision and implementation of construction projects for multinational and regional companies in the mining and cement sector, such as Cemex, Schenck Process, Loesche America (Miami), Cementos Argos, Cementos San Marcos, among others. In the field of teaching, he is a professor and member of the evaluation and improvement committee in graduate programs of project management, and is in charge of the courses Financial Evaluation, Scope Management, Schedule, Costs and Risks in Projects, as well as the preparation courses for the PMP® certification exam.


Isaías Scalabrin Bianchi
PhD in Technology and Information Systems from the University of Minho (UMinho) (Portugal). He participated in an exchange program at the University of Twente (The Netherlands). Professional title in Computer Science Engineering. Master of Business Administration. Officer at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) (Brazil), where he holds several management positions. He conducts research on IT governance, IT service management, business process management, business intelligence, and digital transformation and innovation. His research has been published in leading IS conferences and international journals. Deputy coordinator of the Open University of Brazil (UAB) and professor of the Master’s Program in Management, both at UFSC. Visiting professor at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Kazakhstan), where he teaches and supervises PhD students in digital transformation and digital marketing topics.
