Transfer Students

Students who have approved the minimum credits as provided for by law in the university of origin may apply for career courses. For once, students may apply to the University by this admission modality.

The evaluation of transfer applicants will include:

  • Evaluation of files composed of academic documentation and personal information of the applicant.
  • Others deemed necessary.

Upon completion of the evaluation, a list of the admitted transfer applicants will be published. The results are not appealable.

Admitted transfer applicants may transfer courses approved in the university of origin if the contents are equivalent to, at least, 70% and the number of credits is equivalent to or greater than those of the University of Lima’s courses. Courses will be transferred throughout the academic term in which the transfer has been approved and with the submission of the pertinent documentation at the moment of the enrollment. Under no circumstances, credits will be subsequently transferred.

Admitted transfer applicants may not change career until they have completed at least one regular academic term of a career. Conversely, in order to apply for the bachelor’s degree and the professional title at the University of Lima, students must approve a minimum of 100 credits.

Enrollments are performed in January of each year.
