Top 33% Students from Accredited Schools

Students who are in the fifth grade of secondary school or have finished it in any of the accredited schools and ranked in the top 33% of their year group, based on the grades accomplished from the first to fifth year of secondary school, will be admitted to the School of Liberal Arts. This admission modality will be valid for a maximum of one year as from the graduation from secondary school.

ENROLLMENT From Monday, June 20 to Wednesday, July 13, 2016, from 16:00 to 19:00 hours. University of Lima's campus, Building H, first floor (according to the appointment that will appear in the hard copy report of the online pre-enrollment form).
SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION MATERIAL Monday, July 18, 2016, from 10:00 to 17:00 hours.
REGISTER OF ADMITTED APPLICANTS From Wednesday, July 20 to Friday, July 22, 2016, from 09:00 to 13:00 hours and from 14:00 to 18:00 hours (according to the schedule).
GROUP PSYCHOLOGICAL TEST Saturday, July 23, 2016, 07:30 hours.
START OF CLASSES Monday, August 22, 2016.

Requirements for in-person enrollment

  • National Identity Card (DNI). 
  • Original copy of student's complete academic record issued by the secondary school (for secondary school graduates). 
  • Certificate of top 33% student status (for secondary school graduates).
  • Copy of the applicant's report card from any period of the fifth grade of secondary school, including the school’s representative signature and seal. In the event that the applicant does not have such document, he/she must submit a certificate of student status indicating that he/she is currently in the fifth grade of secondary school. 
  • Letter of commitment to submit the student's complete academic record issued by the secondary school and certificate of top 33% student status (for secondary school graduates). This document is obtained by printing the online pre-enrollment form.
  • Hard copy report of the online pre-enrollment form.

Remarks

  • Minor applicants must submit, at the time of their in-person enrollment, the following document, completed and signed by their legal guardian (please attach a copy of the legal guardian’s ID). Authorization for minors
  • The enrollment fee is S/ 380.00 (Three Hundred Eighty Soles), which must be paid on the same day of the in-person enrollment, after the verification of the documents.
  • The admitted applicants who want to change their program will be able to request it only as from the beginning of the first academic term and on the established dates. In the event that his/her application is approved, the program change will be effective from the next academic term.

Ingresan al Programa de Estudios Generales los estudiantes que estén cursando el quinto año de educación secundaria o que la hayan culminado en alguno de los colegios acreditados y que se encuentren en el tercio superior de su promoción, de acuerdo con las notas obtenidas de primer a quinto año de secundaria. Esta modalidad de ingreso tendrá un plazo no mayor de un año desde la culminación de los estudios secundarios.

Requisitos para la inscripción presencial

  • Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI).
  • Certificado original de estudios secundarios completos (para egresados de secundaria).
  • Constancia de pertenencia al tercio superior (para egresados de secundaria).
  • Copia de la libreta de notas de cualquier período correspondiente al quinto año de secundaria, con firma y sello del colegio. En caso de no contar con dicho documento, deberá presentarse una constancia del colegio que indique que el postulante cursa el quinto año de educación secundaria.
  • Compromiso de entrega del certificado de estudios secundarios completos y la constancia de pertenencia al tercio superior (para escolares de quinto de secundaria). Este documento se obtiene al imprimir la preinscripción en línea. 
  • Reporte impreso de la preinscripción en línea.

Observaciones

  • Los postulantes menores de edad deberán presentar, al momento de su inscripción presencial, el siguiente documento, llenado y firmado por su responsable legal (adjuntar copia del documento de identidad del responsable legal). Autorización para menores de edad
  • El costo por derecho de inscripción es de S/.380, importe que deberá ser cancelado el mismo día de la inscripción presencial, luego de la verificación de documentos. 
  • Los ingresantes que deseen realizar un cambio de carrera podrán solicitarlo únicamente a partir del primer ciclo académico y en las fechas establecidas. En caso de que su solicitud sea declarada procedente, el cambio de carrera se hará efectivo en el siguiente ciclo académico.
