Center for Environmental Studies

Introduction

The Center for Environmental Studies of the University of Lima was created in 1998 to offer a wide range of services in order to improve our quality of life and achieve sustainable development goals.

The Center is an agent that encourages techniques and methodologies in topics related to sustainable development.

It has a multidisciplinary team whose members use environmental techniques in the fields of engineering, business administration, communication, economics, finance, accounting, psychology, sociology and history.

The University of Lima was the main local donor in the first operational stage of the National Center for Cleaner Production, Technological Efficiency Center (CET Perú), whose management was under the responsibility of the University’s professors.
